Pallet delivery services are used for a consignment of smaller items, large or heavy cargo. The pallet is used to support the weight of the cargo, when you book you are assigned a space on a vehicle in a very similar way to a seat on a plane or train. Our partners use tail lifts/ pumptrucks on collection and delivery, by reducing the amount of manual handling this reduces the potential for damage during movement. This makes the service as a whole ideal for cargo like wine, machine parts or household appliances.
Our aim to compare the many different pallet services across the UK, Europe and Worldwide. Domestic deliveries, exports or imports - we have you covered. We have over eight years experience in automating pallet delivery services online with prices starting at just £30.
Firstly in order to quote your cargo needs to be securely strapped to a pallet base. Our pricing takes into account three conditions: the size of the packaged unit, the overall weight of the unit and the collection/ delivery addresses.
At present we offer 6 pallet sizes ranging from 1/4 pallets to mega full pallets. A maximum weight of 1000KG and 2.2M height must be adhered to. Each service booked has there own restrictions that are discussed in detail during the booking process.

No, unfortunately not. Weekends and bank holidays are not valid collection days.
In the event of a claim customer will be asked for a valid proof of cost; if a cost of purchase cannot be supplied then this may void a potential claim. We therefore suggest to clients to insure the value of their cargo to levels that can be proven via documentation. Claims will not be paid off for late items as the etas on our site are only estimates. We offer £50 insurance free of charge and recommend clients select £1.30 pe kg which cost £6 + vat
Yes we recommend a pallet is full covered and secured to the base. Pallet wrapping (similar to cling film) can be substituted for ratchet straps and cardboard. The main thing is that the pallet base can be tilted to around 10-15 degrees and that the item is clean to the touch. Clients should be aware that products should be in a waterproof conditions because the nature of a hub is that they may need to utilise outside space during peak periods. Wrapping providers a waterproof layer, however it will not provider any protection additional packaging should be used to further minimise the chance of damage.
Collections and deliveries unless requested otherwise are usually made by arctic vehicles ranging form 7.5 - 18 tonne. Contact us should an 18 tonne vehicle not be suitable for either your collection or delivery point on your order.
Quite simply - No. Pallets will not be stacked unless advised otherwise.
